Photography, a short film or both for an intimate elopement anywhere in Norway. From the fjords of western Norway to the Arctic north, I help you find a place, plan the light and leave room for the day to unfold.

A quiet ceremony beside a fjord. A walk through woodland, or a day shared with a few people close to you. We begin with how you want to spend your time together and choose the setting around that.
I photograph the people and the landscape as part of the same story, with guidance when it helps and time for the moments between. There is room for the weather, the journey and the quieter parts of the day.

Two records of the same day.
You can book photography and a short film together. Photographs preserve the details and individual moments; film brings back the movement, changing weather and the sound of your vows.
I plan the photography and filming together so both fit naturally into your day.

My work in Norway includes intimate weddings at Lovatnet, elopements in Vik beside the western fjords, and winter days around Tromsø. I am available across the country, with travel and location research planned for each commission.
Season changes the experience. We consider daylight, access and the distance between places before choosing a route. A lakeside or fjordside setting can be close to the road; a longer walk is an option when it suits your plans.

A considered plan, with room to adapt.
Tell me the region you are drawn to, your preferred season and how you imagine the day. I help shape the photography and film schedule around the light, access, travel between locations and a practical weather alternative.
For places I do not know first-hand, we agree on the location research and any local coordination in advance. My role covers photography and film planning; legal arrangements, ceremony administration and other suppliers are organised separately.
COVERAGE
Coverage shaped around your plans.
Your coverage may begin with preparations and continue through a private ceremony, portraits, a meal or time in a second location. Photography and a short film can be planned together. We agree on the moments and the pace before deciding the duration.
Each commission is quoted according to duration, region, travel, number of people and film coverage. The proposal sets out the photography or film fee and any separate travel, accommodation, permits or partner services.

Share your date or date range, the region you have in mind, the number of people and whether you would like photography, a short film or both. You can enquire before choosing an exact location.

We plan your coverage
We choose the coverage, general locations and pace of the day, allowing time for travel and the moments that matter to you.

I prepare the plan
I prepare the photography and film timing around the season, light and access, with an alternative if conditions change.

You receive the finished work
I normally send a small preview first. The delivery schedule for the complete gallery and any film is agreed for each booking.
PRACTICAL QUESTIONS
Before you enquire
Can you help us choose a location?
Yes. I can recommend the general area and help assess light, access, privacy, weather and the pace of the day. For destinations I do not know first-hand, the required location research and local coordination are agreed as part of the commission.
Do we need to hike?
No. An elopement can take place in town, at your accommodation, beside a fjord you can reach by road, or after a walk or hike. We choose places that suit you and how much you want to walk.
Can we include a few guests?
Yes. I photograph private ceremonies for two and small elopements with a few people close to you. Share the expected number early because it affects the location, timing and coverage.
Can photography and film be combined?
Yes. You can book photography and a short film together or separately. When you choose both, I plan them together.
Where in Norway do you work?
I am available for elopements throughout Norway. My published work includes Vik in western Norway and Tromsø in the north. Travel, accommodation and any research for a new location are defined in the individual proposal.
What happens if the weather changes?
If conditions change, we can adjust the timing, location or pace, or use the backup plan. Your safety comes first.
How do we choose the season?
Start with the landscape and experience you are drawn to. We discuss daylight, weather, access and your travel plans for the region you choose. The photography schedule follows those conditions, with room to adapt on the day.
Do you arrange the legal ceremony or other suppliers?
Legal paperwork, the officiant, permits and other suppliers are organised separately unless a specific partner service is included in the individual proposal. I can coordinate the photography and film timing with your planner or celebrant.
Is transport included?
Transport is arranged separately from the photography or film fee. We agree on the route and time between locations in advance, and define travel logistics in the individual proposal.
How do we secure the date?
A signed agreement and booking retainer are required to secure the date. The remaining balance and all cancellation or rescheduling terms are confirmed in the individual agreement.
